Hospital Time
My wife is on her second evening in the hospital and we are not sure how soon she will be coming home. Her pneumonia, or whatever it is, just got out of control.
One one hand, I’m glad that she’s able to get rest and has people taking care of her, but on the other hand, lupus is really confusing and few medical professionals really know much about it.
We’ve never had to deal with a prolonged hospital stay before. I’m getting some help with the kids, but I want to be there for them as well, which leaves my wife alone at the hospital. She hates being alone, and I feel bad that I can’t be there all the time.
I’m not sure this post had much of a point, but I’m sure I’m not the only person out there dealing with something like this. Send some good thoughts our way, if you can.

We’re going on day five now at the hospital.
I am praying for your wife’s quick recovery. She is not alone , I was diagnosed with Lupus 3 years ago and it turned my life upside down.I hope you and family will continue to be strong .
Regards,
Az
My wife is back home, but she isn’t much better. Thank you for your prayers, Az.
Hey Jeff,
I am thinking of you and the family. Remember that the “squad” is there for you and we will do anything that we can.

@Az Azura: Sorry, things have just been really busy, and by the time I get to a point where I can write, I usually feel like going to sleep or playing a game or something.
I love the photos on your site. One of my oldest friends is Malaysian. It’s nice to see some photos to go along with all of his stories about home.
