Interesting about the 40% - I have Lupus(in remission for 16 years est.) I have polymyositis & fibro, both active but under control most of the time with medication - of course from the medication I have developed osteoporosis. I also have osteoarthritis and mild Renaud syndrome. My first diagnosis was Lupus - I had the butterfly rash, but quickly was realized other problems were there, eventually diagnosed with the polymyositis which is in a mild flare right now - first time in years!
