Luckily, there has been no vomiting so there is not much concern about her meds. According to our family doctor, at this point her biggest risk is developing pneumonia but she had the pneumonia vaccine last year so hopefully that will provide some protection. I can feel your pain as far as not knowing what to do. I think her biggest disappointment has been missing out daughter's soccer game yesterday but it was at 8:30 and it was 46° and damp... not a good combination for her right now.
